Last time we thought YOTEL was great so stayed overnight again to get early international flight. Location and airport access is good. Lots of dining options and things to see in the mall. However 6pm check-in had us cooling our heels for 3 hrs. Room didn’t look appealing although we knew what to expect and it had a strong drain smell. Staff moved us promptly with good grace. However we wouldn’t stay here again as price is high for what you get so would pay the extra for a proper hotel experience elsewhere at airport

The Yotel is tucked away on the fourth floor of the Jewel. Considering how busy the building was, you definitely don't know that once you are in your pod. The pod has everything you need whether that is to crash and have a shower for a few hours or to stay overnight. The staff at reception were really helpful. There is an area you can bring your food to from any of the outlets in the Jewel if they are too busy or you just want a quieter area to sit in. The only couple of things I noticed was that my bed sheet had holes in it and one of the towels had a lot of lose threads on the edges - it had certainly seen better days! My flight this morning was from T3 which was an easy walk from the Yotel. I'd certyainly use this place again should the need arise.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at YotelAir Jewel at Changi. I've always appreciated the convenience of its location to everything and for what I need the transit hotel for, it's very adequate. However, each time I find myself frustrated that the shower stall has no shower curtain or sliding glass partition that can close. The toilet area always gets wet from the shower even if we try to shower in the tight corners using the detachable hose. PLEASE install a shower curtain or closing partition! This would benefit everyone and make the stay even more pleasant, and prevents the floor from getting wet and soaked. The floor towel is there i know, but it gets really wet from each clean up.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel in Changi airport and it did not disappoint. My flight got in at 5am on the 26th of May and I had booked from the 25th as check in isn’t until 6pm so I got to go straight to my room as soon as I got there and after a 14.5 hour flight it was great. The location is prefect and great to have a private section just for guests to sit and see the waterfall and people watch. It’s worth the cost in my opinion

The pod was small but cozy, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The lighting created a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and surprisingly, we didn’t hear any airport noise at all. It’s also in a great location—right next to the Jewel vortex, with plenty of shopping and food options nearby.
