I cannot praise this accommodation enough!!!!

Booked here for my mum's birthday and they did not disappoint. I reached out to the front office manager Cihan and he offered to help plan a small surprise for her. On arrival, we were met by the receptionist Mahmud who was an absolute gem. There was nothing that we asked that was too much trouble for him. He was always really polite and greeted us warmly on our exits and returns. On my mum's birthday, he came up to our room with a lovely cake and we sang happy birthday. He was such a joy to be around. He helped carry our luggage up and down and on our leaving, he carried our luggage to the taxi. This hotel is situated in the perfect location in the old town. Everything is in close proximity - parks, metro and train stations, food restaurants, souvenir shops and if you want to see the main landmarks like the 2 x bazaars, main Mosques; they're all within 12 mins walk. Choose here and you will not be disappointed!

المكان ممتاز والموقع قريب من كل شي محطة المترو والسوق المصري وميناء امينوو للعبارات وقهوة حافظ مصطفي وقهوة مادوو والمطاعم قريبه بس الاستقبال يقعد فيه واحد شفت الليل ويدخن زقاير ريحته توصلك وانت بالفندق وعيبه الدور الاول للفندق تصعده بدرج لان مافي مصعد الا من الدور الاول ولايصلح لاهل الكراسي المتحرك والناس الكبار والاطفال اللي ع دراجه

Muy buen lugar.

Una muy buena experiencia. Habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Y súper limpia. Y sobre todo la atención de Alp, que estuvo presente ante cualquier necesidad. Muy bien ubicado tanto para ir a las mayores atracciones como al puerto de Eminonu. Metrobus casi en la puerta. Restaurantes de todo tipo. En síntesis, una gran estancia.

Good service, but an unexpected change.

This is kind of odd. When we arrived at the hotel we found we had been moved to another hotel by the same owners right around the corner. We were originally suspicious but it was fine. They own three hotels within a block. It was February, a slow season, so they were consolidating into the two larger hotels. It makes sense and the room we got was great, so no complaints, except maybe they could have told us before we arrived.

Nice trip in Istanbul

The door was a shop selling turkish delights, so hard to find it at night. A bit worried about if it's a proper hotel with such hidden entrance. The room is spacious and clean, superb location! just few minutes walk to those main attractions e.g. Blue Mosque

La ubicación es perfecto, junto al tranvía y a la estación de tren y a 10 minutos a pie de las mezquitas y cisternas.La habitación grande y confortable. El manager, Alp aktan, es súper amable, nos regaló dulces y nos ayudó en todo. Su esposa es una guía turística que habla español e inglés y es súper amable. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Una experiencia maravillosa.

ميزته ان كل دور فيه غرفه وحده بس و غرفة كبيره وواسعه و موقعه مقابل محطة اترام سيرجكي والمحلات والكفيهات و المطاعم بجانبه عيوبه المصعد في الدور الاول لازم تطلع الدرج اولا تقريبا 10 درجات و والفطور حقهم ليس بالفندق لكن في مطعم قريب منهم ومتواضع جدا جدا

فندق ممتاز يتوسط جميع المناطق الحيوية ,عدد غرف الفندق محدودة سبع غرف فقط في كل دور غرفة واحدة ولكن المساحة معقولة ,والحمامات جيدة ربما قد يجد الزوار صعوبة في الاستدلال على الفندق لعدم وجود لوحة تحمل اسم الفندق ولكن مدخل الفندق هو نفس المدخل لمتجر حلويات , الغرف من ناحية النظافة جيدة والعاملين في الفندق خدومين الى ابعد الحدود , مكان الافطار موجود في مبنى مجاور للفندق ,

Nice hotel in the heart of the old city

A very good hotel, especially its location. The staff were friendly and very helpful they always welcome us with a smile and free treat. Very good breakfast. Big room with good air conditioning and TV channels. Only one thing that annoyed us was the tram noise but when the window is closed it was ok. I will recommend Nea suites to all my friend.

Small hotel with great location

The hotel entrance is a part of a cafe entrance, which was a strange for me at first and there was no reception desk too. the sign of the hotel name outside is very small and you have to have the right address to reach the hotel if you are not familiar with the area.
