Stayed here last year and absolutely loved it so decided to go back…and we’re so glad we did. The food is delicious and not repetitive like some All Inclusive hotels. The staff are amazing too, so friendly and accommodating. New addition to the hotel from last year is the rooftop pool and bar… great for sunsets

The hotel is very modern, nice and clean. The pool area is amazing. The service is doing a great job. There is always (live) music at the pool area, mostly until 11pm. We had breakfast included, not all inclusive as there are lots of restaurants around the hotel/ close by.

A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning.

Overall this hotel was a really well designed and super clean. The room was wonderful, and the Jacuzzi was a bonus! For the price, I would expect there to be enough sunbeds for the amount of guests, and the food and drink to be a higher quality. Having your breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the same place with the same buffet is quite repetitive.

Unsere erste Reise nach Kreta hätte nicht besser sein können, und das Hotel hat dabei einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen! Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt – nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt lag ein traumhafter Strand. Das Hotel selbst war wunderschön und sauber. Die Einrichtung war modern und stilvoll, sodass man sich von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt hat. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Personal, das stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Auch das Restaurant: Es war immer sauber, und das Buffet wurde regelmäßig frisch aufgefüllt. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, und das All-inclusive-Angebot ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hotel und Anlage sind sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Service und nettes Personal. Schöne Poolanlagen mit gut ausgestatteter Bars. Buffet und Essen sind ok bis gut für All inclusive (wir sind aber sehr anspruchsvoll und kochen gerne selber und vielfältig). Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr hochwertige Unterkunft, allerdings eher für Jüngere ausgelegt, was beim Check-In bei der Nutzung einer App deutlich wurde. Zudem läuft den ganzen Tag Club-Musik, damit muss man zurecht kommen. Speisen und Getränke sind gut, "All-Inclusive" ist bei den Getränken allerdings nicht alles und nicht den ganzen Tag. Reicht aber vollkommen aus. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden sicherlich wiederkommen, sofern man nochmal nach Kreta reist.
