Moved to the Lakes hotel 5 star due to beach hill work carried out the Lakes was very nice 5 star hotel excellent the only thing makes it a 4 star on my option is no tissue box in bedroom of tips teabags instead of twinnings English breakfast tea not available and breakfast help your self not served to to like a 5 star hotel would to mse fresh to order this was made like a 4 star hotel.

We had a lovely weekend stay. The hotel had a great view of the lake. It was also very clean but most of all the staff were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. We had dinner on 2 nights and the food was excellent. It was unfortunate that our bill had a query at the end of our stay but was amended immediately. Would definitely stay again.
