Hotel needs their maintenance work keep up.
Room 241. I had to turn the thermostat up to 80 just to get the room up to 74.The toilet was loose on the floor. The toilet flush valve keep sticking in the off position so the bowl would not fill up.

Convenient location to fairgrounds.
Older but clean hotel so it has a smaller bath and room. There are rooms inside the hotel and some rooms with outside entrances. Breakfast was good. Twice housekeeping just walked in our room at 8:30 am and at 10 am unannounced. That was disturbing and check out wasn’t until 11 AM.
