At this resort property there are any different buildings so when reserving a room it's hard to tell where you'll be. At first we were given a room in the check in building which was quite a distance from the park area, it was nothing like the room pictured, but they were happy to change my room which then made for a better vacation

Nice room size. Comfortable beds. Room was decently clean but the elevators were filthy and smelly. There was a coffee shop in the lobby which was nice . And a good sized arcade with concession. We’ve stayed in Mt Olympus before in one of the other buildings but this was our first time in a resort room at Hotel Rome. Definitely loved the convenience of the amusement park and waterpark being so close. Will continue to choose a resort room from here on out.

Exoerience was okay. Room was nice and clean, the area was a little rough fire alarm had gone off. No one came to check on it for over an hour, it constantly smelled like marijuana in the halls and outside the hotel. Overall the mt olympus park was a good experience would have been nice to have a little more room w/ tables to set your things down at the pools outside.

The room/buildings are a little run down and the beds aren’t comfortable. No lock box. The amenities in the room are very very basic so bring your own. Great to have access to all that the water/amusement park offers.

Staying at hotel rome is fine, ive done that before. But if you stay at one of the dozen+ other buildings that are cheaper but not attached to the property, its just basic. And when i say basic i mean a step above a cabin with no running water. Small tv, cable is basic and spotty, matress..... if you fall onto your matress your liable to bounce off onto the floor. I suggest wearing sandals on the wood floors, probably not mopped. Idk. Really access what you want out of a hotel b4 booking.

Room was dirty, smelled bad, and had a patio door to the outside that was unlocked with no lock on the door. After I checked in and went to my room, there was a key pad on the door that did not work so I walked right in, as could have anybody else. Felt very unsafe and hardly slept at all.

It was good, I didn’t like the position of the bathroom door as it pointed towards the beds. If you have little kids I could see where you might like this. Also I don’t like the travel people at the check in desk that yell at you to come over to sell you a coupon book. Just put up a sign and let people decide. They are like those game people at carnival. Also when I was leaving there was either a bat or a bird in the hallway.

No Wi-Fi, no shuttle, have to walk a mile through a theme park to get to a pool. Apparently they bought up all the retro motels and turned them into mt Olympus buildings, destroying a lot of history of the area. Overcrowded. Pools close too early.

Ok we stayed in building 10. Thought I was reserving hotel Rome. Disgusting. Smelled like pot and vapes everywhere. Broken door and trash everywhere. Parking attendant refused to let me park in handicap. Said I would be ok. Never going back. The water and theme park were ok and there were other kind staff. Not much for healthy food choices.

Check in was very easy and fast. They had plenty of staff and it went quickly. You can check in and get your room keys, which are also passed to Mt. Olympus parks, before 4 PM. They will text you when your room is ready. This is nice because you can go to the park even before you check in. Another nice feature is that your passes work the day you check out as well for Mt. Olympus parks. The only complaint I would have is maybe the condition of some of the buildings. If you don't stay right on the Mt. Olympus property, the other hotel buildings aren't the most fancy. Although I will say that our room itself was very clean. If you don't stay at Hotel Rome, you might have quite a walk or a little drive to get to Mt. Olympus.
