Not a great choice
The lobby was nice upon initial walk in but once we got to the room it was very unclean. The bathtub had not been cleaned in quite a while, there was body hair in front of the tub, the floors were not vacuumed and it was dusty everywhere. We were staying as part of a group and everyone we talked to had the same thoughts. The pool was closed, which made our children very angry. The carpets needed cleaned in all areas. The staff was decent. My family decided that if we are ever in Rawlins again we will not be staying in this hotel.

I have never stayed in a dirtier room, even in third world countries. My feet stuck to the floor in front of the vanity & in the B-room. The shower curtain was yellow with soap scum and generally dirty all over, and the tub was caked with soap scum. Disgusting!!!

The room could use a deep clean as i noticed that there was dust on the towel bar and the light bars as well as the hotel carpets, etc. The bed was comfortable and great selection of pillows and clean towels. The water is VERY hot. I didn't catch his name, but the breakfast area attendant is wonderful. He greeted everyone individually, walked through the breakfast options and ensured everything was stocked. There was even almond milk. We will be back.

Thieves!!!
I booked his hotel while traveling to help my daughters move across country. Unfortunately, I had car trouble and was unable to make the reservation. These people have zero empathy for anyone having trouble and decided to charge me the full rate for the booking. They fleeced me out of hundreds of dollars. No flexibility, no compassion, zero empathy . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
