$2000 THB deposit needed!!! Bring more cash!
Hotel staffs are kind and helpful, but the room cleaning quality is not good and they don't have hot water for taking a nice bath.... Plus, I've stayed there for many nights, sometimes they offer new supplies but sometimes they didn't, the shampoo and shower gel are combined in a small bottle which was totally not enough for people with long hair.

Great 5N stay with family
We had a pleasant 5N stay with family at KC Place Hotel Pratunam. The location is good; it is near the malls in Pratunam, where the shopping district is, but it is on a quiet interior road. Although you can hear the train come in, it is not that loud. The staff were all friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. The cafe served good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at affordable prices. Cleanliness was topnotch, the room had an electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, hot and cold shower. The room size was also adequate for 3 people with medium size bags. The only downside was that the walls were so thin we could hear other guests opening doors, walking the corridors, laughing in the next room; and In Tower 1, the lift is located on the mezzanine; you actually had to climb 1 flight of stairs to access it, which we wanted to avoid since we were traveling with our 75-year-old mother. There is a massage place downstairs, which is very convenient to get before bedtime. It was overall a very convenient and pleasant stay.

Too hot room
It was too hot in the room and the position of AC is that is blowing into you when you are in bed. Shower didn't had hot water. Breakfast I only ate once because of the early flight. It was ok but they had only 5 or 6 different choices on the menu.

Rooms were clean and spacious, i booked 2 rooms which were interconnecting. The staff were quick to resolve issues if any. Only thing is that the hotel is located within an alley which can be quite dark at night. This might be a concern for solo female travellers. There is a massage parlour before the hotel, great for feet massages after a long day
