Horrible!
Our experience at this hotel was profoundly disappointing. As non-smokers, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, yet we were initially placed in a room saturated with cigarette smoke. Though we were eventually relocated to a non-smoking room, this relief was short-lived, as the gentleman in the next room smoked right outside our door, causing smoke to enter into our room once more. Moreover, the beds were outdated and incredibly uncomfortable. We found ourselves simply lying on top of the covers instead of actually sleeping in the bed. To make matters worse, the television frequently lost its internet connection, rendering it essentially unusable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; the experience is simply not worth the cost!

Proceed with ALOT of caution..
Sheets were dirty, there was a pieces of hair extensions on the floor, used bar of soap left in the top corner of the shower. Booked a non smoking room and it smelt as though some was smoking a pack of cigarettes an hour. Sink/ floors filthy. The only thing that we thought was the best was the water staying hot. Bring your own bedding, pillows, blow up matress and towels and the room will do the job for a couple hours, other then that spend the extra money for a much nicer hotel with better cleanliness. Front desk associate at checkout was nice to us but still proceed with ALOT of caution.

Regular client couldn't get belp
I always go to this hotel without a problem but this time I couldn't find my ID due to the moving to new home so they didn't let me check in I called every single number and np one couldn't help me to change the name of the reservation to my wifes name to check in so I had to pay again and couldn't get a refund...or change it for another day...I'm really upset but I still have to pay for something I couldn't use

Hotel was old, which is why it was cheap. New floors, new paint, but alot of plumbing issues were covered up with this new stuff. Over all this was one of the most comfortable mattress ive slept on. The location was great for food or anyother shopping.

It was a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoking was terrible; all the towels were stained, and there were also some very unpleasant yellowish stains on the bed covers.
