Hotel bem localizado, atendimento ótimo, pessoas cordiais. Alguns pontos negativos, o restaurante terceirizado é muito fraco, fecha as 18:00 e os preços são abusivos. Outro ponto negativo foi a academia e a sauna do hotel que tinha barata morta.

Hotel Ilhabela, desperdicio!!!
Hotel com otima localizacao, otima vista, porem com instalacoes antigas, limpeza que deixa a desejar, moveis velhos. Os quartos que ficam no predio ao fundo sao velhos com moveis velhos, o hotel possui um predio ao lado que é novo, porem segundo os funcionarios, as suites comportam somente casal. Cafe da manha ruim, com atendente mal humorados. Acho um desperdicio total, pois comp eu disse, a localizacao é top, poderiam oferecer um servico com mais qualidade. Obrigado.

A estadia no hotel foi incrível. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e receptivos. O quarto era um pouco menor do que aparentava nas fotos, mas em compensação havia uma sacada bem espaçosa. O café da manhã era excelente, com variedade de frutas, bolos e pães. O ponto negativo do hotel é que não possui estacionamento no local para todos os hóspedes. No geral, a estadia foi ótima.

O hotel é ótimo! Localização, conforto, café da manhã! Só achamos barulhento, escutávamos todo o barulho, choros e gritos das crianças do quarto ao lado, parecia que o barulho estava no nosso próprio quarto! Na primeira noite não conseguimos dormir! Do resto foi tudo perfeito!

Bom hotel, mas peca no isolamento acústico
O hotel precisa urgentemente melhorar seu isolamento acústico dos quartos. A primeira noite não consegui dormir devido ao barulho dos hospedes do quarto ao lado (lamentei o problema nao ter sido resolvido depois que alertei a recepção, pois viajamos 12 horas de carro para chegar a Ilhabela) e tambem pelo barulho da unidade externa dos ares condicionados. Os ovos mexidos do café da manhã não tinham bom aspecto e um dos dias tinham algumas manchas escuras (comida iniciamos pelos olhos). Acredito que alguns ajustes do café da manhã o tornará perfeito. No mais, bom hotel. Equipe simpática, segura do que faz, agradáveis, educados, gentis, boa higiene (camareiras são muito boas). Piscina: acredito que seria bom a limpeza diária com sugador de impurezas. Caso esta avaliação chegue a eles, eles precisam resolver o isolamento acústico, pois o descanso é o que os hospedes priorizam em suas viagens.
