Eu já fiquei várias vezes neste hotel. Impressionante como eles não sabem valorizar e reconhecer o cliente que é frequente. Peeguntaram 3 vezes se eu já havia me hospedado lá, além de tudo não colocam atenção no que faz. O motivo da hospedagem foi descansar após uma viagem longa de 12h de voo. As 7h da manhã eles começam com reforma e parafusadeira no hotel, inacreditável. Ao invés de esperar pelo menos umas 9h com a quantidade de hóspede que tinha, não! Tudo bem que liguei, reclamei e eles pararam para retornar depois. Outra reclamação é que o que oferecem para clientes silver é golden do expedia não serve para nada. Não tem benefício nenhum com eles.
