Unfortunately, terrible experience, I booked a room that is non-smoking the room I got was smoking with ashtrays all over, when I complained they send someone over to spray to make it a non-smoking room. From time of checking in until departure none of the employees speak English, Internet definitely not high-speed and hard to connect since all instructions are in Chinese only, in room menu Chinese only, 38 TV channels in Chinese only, when I asked them to adjust the channels to provide me with at least one English-speaking China the reply was a big laugh, the hotel lobby, elevators, hallways, all smelled like a smoke shop.
This is supposed to be a four-stars hotel; it is definitely not. Not even a bellboy to help you with the luggage. On the first day of my stay I went to check out the breakfast not even the coffee was worth entering this dining room.
If you’re not Chinese, this hotel is not for you. Very bad service very bad front desk attitude they just don’t like foreigners.
When calling Expedia with my complaints requesting to switch at hotel speaking with two different guys paying over $35.00 for phone call and waiting time, their reply to my room was a non-smoking room is only a request, and if available, if you change this hotel, you will not get a refund for this booking, I found it to be a very bad reply for Expedia and a very bad customer service, having their representative send me to look for the small warding in the agreement. after 22 hours flight at 9pm.
