Like all the other reviews, beautifully restored all building in the heart of George Town. Easy walking to the fisherman's jetties, huge choice of street food, shops and nightlife. We stayed 4 nights, perhaps 3 would have been ample. Taxi from the airport is 45 Ringgits and from the hotel to the peak or the main Penang beach is about the same. Traffic is hectic, allow for an hour to pretty much anywhere you are going.
