Walkable to places of interests in Georgetown. There is a free bus ops the hotel which can be good for city tour and ends at Jetty terminal.

Superb staff, housekeeping, front desk excellent
The staff are what made this hotel stand out from the 50 or so others stayed in last 4 years. Nothing was too much trouble, requests for extra hangers, printing boarding passes were handled with a smile and immediately. When I mentioned wifi in my room was irratic they offered to upgrade me to room with good wifi. I used phone hot spot perfectly well so declined kind offer. Next thing I know they turn up with a box of delicious cakes, again going that extra mile, well done.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Allow late check out by 2pm, which most hotel only till 12 or 1pm. I stayed few years ago before COVID, they still have my records and I need not fill in new forms. Check in was fast and smooth. I booked 4 rooms and all my family members were happy with the hotel. Reasonable price, very good location to walk about. Got lift which is great for senior, no need to climb stairs.

Hotel also nice to allow late check-in by 2pm, which other hotel normally at 12 or max 1pm. Very good location with plenty of coffeeshops eateries, cafes, restaurant, many rated 4.2 and above in Google reviews. Walkable to plenty places of interests, the famous market in Georgetown. There is a free bus ops the hotel which can be good for city tour. The bus ended at Jetty terminal, about 30mins per bus. Can take the same bus back to hotel.
