Wonderful Place with Gracious Hosts
We simply loved our stay. Hosts Marco and his mother Rosanna were so gracious and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean, had all the amenities and was the best value of all the many cities we stayed at in Italy. Only a 15-20 minute from the train station to the other Cinque Terre cities and has a few really good restaurants within steps. If we’re ever back, we would definitely stay there again.

Good location But Poor room
Good location but not very good room. Small and made smaller by a huge wardrobe that seems very excessive--especially in this limited space. OK service but not as attentive as could be -- we needed towels changed and the timing was not helpful--I located some on my own. Noisy spot at times and the cash only circumstance was a problem...not so easy and also expensive for guests rather than owner! Attitude not always friendly and directions to the location are pretty limited.

Amazing hotel in Levanto
We had a fantastic stay at Rosa's. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Rosa was incredibly hospitable and absolutely lovely- she always greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight, with fresh bread, crossaints and omlets. I cannot recommend Rosas highly enough.

Wonderful family run hotel close to all amenities,
What a wonderful experience to meet Mama Rosa and Marco -- from the pristine cleanliness of the hotel, the very comfortable room to the excellent breakfast (including the omelet made by Marco) we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The recommendations for restaurants were the best;we were able to have a cruise of the Cinque Terre from a location a few minutes away. To make the location perfect, the wonderful swimming beach only down the block. It was the last stop on a month long tour (four nights at the hotel) and what a wonderful ending! The church bells of Levanto are wonderul, too.

Great Bed & Breakfast
We loved our stay at this Bed & Breakfast. Rosa & Marco are the perfect hosts. They make you feel very welcome. Rosa greets you every morning with a big smile and traditional Italian kisses on the cheek. The rooms are a nice size and the location is great, walking distance to the beach and boat dock to The Cinque Terre. The breakfast is amazing, crepes, toast, sweet bread, yogurt, omelette, and coffee. Would definitely go back.

Delightful hotel
Very personable and friendly hotel, run by mother and son. We really enjoyed our stay there. Comfortable, quiet, and a great location in old town Levanto! Free parking for our car.

Wonderful experience, great location.
The morning greeting from Rosanna was worth the stay! We felt like part of the family, and Marco's omelettes were superb. Location was terrific - very close to the ferry and a short walk to the train station. Parking was available, which was a real bonus.

Great spot
Our favorite stay during our time in Italy. Really cute and comfortable. We had a small dog with us and he was very welcome. Rosa spoke only Italian but communicated well and was super welcoming, breakfast was great. Marco was helpful and spoke English. Great spot for going into Cinque Terre. A bit hard to find, look for blue sign about 7 feet up on building. Using the address another person had put in their review was helpful for finding with GPS

Great location
The bed and breakfast has a very welcoming owner with a very homely feel to it. The location was great as it was very close to the beach and the central plaza for restaurants and shops. It was rather noisy outside on the Saturday night, but when you are staying close to the centre, then thats only to be expected. I had a lovely stay.

Close to the beach, restaurants and shops
The room was large and the bathroom spacious considering other hotels we stayed in during this trip to Italy. Mario waited for us as we missed our train and arrived at the B&B around 10:30pm (they usually close check in at 9pm). We appreciated his flexibility. The B&B is very convenient to the port (for ferries), the beach and the shops and many restaurants in Levanto and is a 15 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast included choice of coffee, omelet, ham, danishes, croissants, bread, jam, and nutella. It is difficult to find as if you don't have Google ask the staff for walking directions to the place. Great base for Cinque Terre.

Fairly basic but comfortable and awesome location!
This is a fairly basic hotel/B&B, but it is in a great location (close to beach and town), and the owner is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an awesome base for beach, hiking, biking, boating, etc. then this is perfect. If you want amenities and services then go to a big hotel.

Levant B&B
Great location near the beach and the bars and restaurants in the old town. The room was small but tidy and clean....Worth spending a night just for Rosanna's hospitality like we were long lost family.

Friendly and relaxing stay
We had a very pleasant and relaxing week in Levanto, staying at the Rosa dei Venti. No noise (apart from church bells, but that does not count), a most friendly welcome, great breakfasts, everything you might want within a few minutes walk. As many people have commented already, Room 5 is not huge, but it's big enough unless you wanted to stay there all day. The free and reliable WiFi access is a great bonus too. Would definitely recommend, and would be happy to go back soon!

B&B style hotel close to beach and facilities
Mama is very friendly but has absolutely no english so communication by charades. Location is convenient to beach, shops and restaurants but not close to station. Room is old style and basic but comfortable. Breakfast omelette is good.

Great place to stay in Levanto!
Rosanna and Marco were fabulous hosts! We were met by Rosanna upon arrival and welcomed like guests in her home. The breakfast was excellent as well with good breads, pastries, and an Italian omelet. The only negative was our room (number 5) was pretty small but as we were only staying one night, it suited our needs just fine. Would definitely book again.

Simple, friendly B&B in a quiet location
Rosa makes a stay at her place a stay to remember. She is friendly and enthusiastic and is complemented by her son who has better English skills. The rooms are very clean, even the quirky shell decorations. The breakfasts are unbelievable. I defy anyone to eat everything that is offered. Overall our stay was a very enjoyable experience.

Quant little B&B
It must be said we are not B&B people but Mama Rosa & Marco will make you feel extremely welcome in this lovely beach side town. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous especially by Italian standard with a good variety. Location was close to the beach, shops and cafes/restaurants. The one thing to note is it location when arriving there, being down a limited traffic street (being foreign we didn’t want to drive down it) it took a bit to track down. But that was the only thing and would stay there again without hesitation. Thanks Mama Rosa
