It was a great spot, with a 15 minute walk into the Royal Mile. It was close to restaurants. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. The owner was very nice and helpful. We were given fresh towels each morning and we would stay again.

Helpful host and lovely old period building. You get what it says on the tin and that's perfectly fine. If you want a swanky boutique hotel in central Edinburgh, then book one, this is a good old fashioned B&B. Id 100% stay again, that's the best recommendation. Thnaks.

The owner communicated and checked in on us of when we were coming. Was at the door waiting for us and assisted on where we were staying. Make sure if you are staying here to get an on suite restroom if you do not want to share restrooms with anyone else. Will stay there again when we come back to visit.
