Hotel it’s Nice , better breakfast ever , but the receptionist on the front desk are very rude and unhelpful, ( except the waiters on the restaurant area ) the lady who check people to breakfast wasn’t friendly and the elevators aways broke at least one of the 2 available , never come back for the rudeness

Tive uma experiência horrivel. O andar 19 (com piscina, sauna e academia) estava completamente interditado e o hotel não havia notificado antes da estadia que essas areas estavam sem uso. o café da manhã extremamente simples, com poucas opções (bem diferente das fotos que eles anunciam). o quarto estava sujo, com teias de aranha e manchas nas paredes e nos cobertores. durante minha segunda noite, o abajour suspenso que fica em cima da cama CAIU EM MINHA CABEÇA!!!! o hotel é um ponto frequentado por pro***tutas que acompanham os hospedes. muitos botões do elevador estão quebrados. A equipe não é muito bem preparada, quando pedimos para adicionar uma diária (por necessidade e não por vontade) nos forneceram zero auxilio e falaram pra fazermos a reserva de novo em algum site ou procurar outro lugar. O hotel é proximo de bares e restaures e próximo do hotel, porém em apenas dois dias presenciamos TRÊS ASSALTOS na região! Se você procura um hotel com conforto, segurança e bom atendimento, esse definitivamente não é o lugar!

O hotel é horrível. A limpeza e manutenção são lamentáveis. Tudo velho, sujo, caindo aos pedaços e/ou interditado. O café da manhã é aceitável e a localização boa para quem vai no consulado. O atendimento da recepção durante o check-in foi horrível. O restante do staff é amigável. Nunca entraria novamente nesse hotel.

Foi boa, não foi excelente pois não tivemos acesso a piscina e a academia. Estávamos na expectativa de ver a vista do Pão de Açúcar no terraço, e tomar banho de piscina, mas quando chegamos no hotel, foi informado que estava interditado, ou seja, não foi informado com antecedência, e no site estava as fotos de toda a estrutura, como se tudo estivesse funcionando perfeitamente.
