DO NOT STAY HERE I had cockroaches in my room. It was gross. Not enough towels. Just overall not worth my money. Also another traveler got mixed information on his room, and was trying to enter my room.

Amazing! What went well? I was very pleased with my stay at Forty First Place Boutique Hotel in Los Angeles. We enjoyed the deluxe room with a balcony-it was extremely clean and immaculate. Housekeeping consistently showed great care and attention to cleanliness, with fresh sheets and a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, great vibes and a comfortable stay. We will definitely book again.

No staff on site Sheets had cigarette holes burned in - seriously wondered if they had been laundered - smelled bad Noisy - neighbors knocking on doors at 12:00pm to move cars- then loud honking for 15 min. Neighbor has several dogs that barked constantly -Smoke alarm went off continuously every 2 min after midnight - texted staff no response for like 10 min Do yourself a favor pay a little more - stay somewhere else !

When we arrived our room was unkept and unclean. Bed was not made, bathroom was a mess. “Staff/workers” were smoking inside and just lounging in the shared kitchen. The manager or who ever the guy was is very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Inadequate parking for these rooms. there were constant messages about someone blocking someone else and there is absolutely no street parking within blocks. The room itself was ok, somewhat noisy as shared if your housemates spoke (thin walls between)
