There are other hotels at this exit off I-40. Best advice is - choose another. French's Shoe Store is wonderful. Cumberland State Park is beautiful. Cumberland County Playhouse is an enjoyable evening. The Grinder House for great coffee and food.

"I had 2 very different experiences with the staff, the one at Check-in was okay but after checking in, I went to get a key and I was having trouble walking because I was in pain (back) there was a line of guests checking in. After he was done, he could’ve just walked to bring me the key but he saw me in pain VERY slowly walking towards the desk to get the key. He could’ve just come and give it to me"
