Really good sized triple room, easy walking distance to lots of restaurant options and safe walk back from the Ovo. Reasonably priced overnight parking just a couple of streets away. Good no frills stay in an awesome part of town. Liz at the front desk was super friendly, that really made the stay for us. Room was clean if a little dated. Slept very well.

We loved the character of this Scottish Hotel in the heart of the University district. The walkable is wonderful. Staying at the hotel is to savor Scotland herself. We selected The Kelvingrove based on a friend’s suggestion and are very glad to refer others.

Great property, very clean and good beds. My only complaint is with their water/plumbing system. When water is used or the toilet flushed their pump system clicks in and it’s quite loud. Woke me up a few times in the night.

Very welcoming when we arrived by Joe. Lovely big immaculately clean room. Joe gave us recommendations of eateries nearby and ordered a taxi to the concert. Finally topped off our stay with a delicious breakfast. Will stay there again when next in Glasgow 👍

We spent 3 nights at the Kelvingrove Hotel while visiting the area. From the moment we checked in Joe made it feel like we were visiting with family. He was so nice and helpful. Liz was another staff member that made us feel right at home. She was quick to fix any issues that arose. Both staff members were great at communicating and making sure we had a pleasant visit. Breakfast was very good. It was a great location for us to visit the University and had plenty of dining options near by. I would stay again at the Kelvingrove and recommend it to others.
