Marrakech and related destinations

Lose yourself in the sensory overload of Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where snake charmers and storytellers compete for attention as the sun sets. The ancient medina's labyrinthine alleys reveal treasures at every turn – from handcrafted lanterns to aromatic spice pyramids. Cool off from the desert heat in the blue-tiled splendour of Majorelle Garden, once owned by Yves Saint Laurent. The Ben Youssef Madrasa showcases Islamic architecture so intricate it makes visitors whisper involuntarily. Take the kids to splash at Oasiria Water Park when the afternoon heat demands respite. For dinner, follow your nose to food stalls where tagines simmer and mint tea flows freely. The House of Photography offers a fascinating glimpse into Moroccan life through vintage photographs.

Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech

Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech

10/10 Excellent
"This place was so lovely and the smell was amazing through out the resort! It’s such a treat to see the peacocks and the chickens in the morning… and they have a pet cat, Reno!. The pool areas were great. Get the breakfast with your stay and eat at the snack bar. For dinner go out down the street to M avenue. Better and cheaper food, especially if you don’t like Moroccan food, like me"

8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our stay at this all inclusive hotel / resort. The meals were great infact I feel there was just too much to eat, lots of varieties to choose from with various activities and on site market on Thursdays was a hit with me. My children loved the aquapark and we also used the facilities of tbe tour booking which was great to have on site. I also loved the onsite shop which meant I was able to buy souvenirs. I used the gym which was great! The facilities was new as it had just been open following it's refurbishment. I used the splash well absolutely loved the back massage, I dozed off!!!! The hammam bath was okay, the lady was lovely and pleasant. The towels in the hotel room could be better! They were really dated! Also renting blie towels cost a deposit of £150dh I think, you should make guests aware upfront. I love the fact that you are open to receiving feedback on site and felt some of my feedback left at the guest office implemented immediately as there were towels in the gym. All staff were mainly pleasant regardless of the heat. I loved my salsa dance instructor and the final night of Michael Jackson tribute was one of my highlights. I however am giving a 4 star because the internet was fluctuating. I reported several times and didn't see any changes. That's a major downside for me. There were areas in the resort where the internet was poor (apart from the restaurant which we have already been told has no wifi). Otherwise this would have been a 5 star! Finally,"

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Marrakech

  1. Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Marrakech in January, September, or November ensures a budget-friendly experience with affordable hotel rates that may drop during these months. For a rich exploration of the city's landmarks, history, and culture—including romantic spots, shopping areas, family-friendly venues, cafes, gardens, a castle, dining options, desert tours, and more—a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is ideal. This itinerary offers great value for money, making it a superb choice for travellers on a budget.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: Visit Hotels.com and check the DealsOpens in a new window section, where you may discover discounted hotel rooms in Marrakech. For last-minute getaways, the Last-Minute Deals area could reveal attractive offers when your travel date approaches. Furthermore, using the Smart Shopping tool on the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to spot a favourable bargain. Enabling email alerts or push notifications may also help you stay informed about flash sales and special promotions, so you can seize opportunities as they arise.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, having some flexibility with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a Marrakech hotel. For those in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, assisting you in finding a more attractive option.
  4. Consider your location: Remaining closer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but usually tend to come with higher costs. For more affordable rates, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the places you plan to visit. You might also consider exploring independent hotels further out, which can often provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
