Nice spacious double room with much needed a/c near BCN Sants station. Clean place, even if this depends too on other guests (4 rooms are in the property). Kitchen offers fridge and micro and anything one needs if eating quickly there. Walls are a bit thin, so any fun one has may be also heard by the neighbours. Communication and responsiveness of the host were excellent and they were very kind and professional.

Cons: mainly that the hist wanted to charge €10 per day to use the air conditioner in my room. I have never seen that kind of surprise fee. I was appaled with that. Also, I don't know what products they use to clean the house but it smells like cat litter. Pros: good location, good sized rooms, well equiped kitchen

Communication is terrible. Had trouble getting a hold of property to check in. They never sent any contact or instructions. Hidden charges for everything, requested a deposit at check in and then had trouble getting it returned. Beware.
