We all regret going to that hotel, but we were fooled by their photos in the beginning.
First of all, this place is 2 hotels. Ibiza and Be loft lounge are one hotel with 1 owner. And they just will put you in to the one that has empty rooms during your check in. Thats what happened to me. First day, they put me in Ibiza, and 2nd day they wanted to move me to Be loft, but I refused. The front desk staff do not communicate between each other.
Their rooms almost have no internet. The signals are very weak and they are on and off. We went to complain 3 days in a row that we need the internet, and they all responded that the technician will come, but never did. So they were just lying that someone will come to fix it. I had to work remotely in my entire stay there, and the only place where I could get some decent internet was by the lobby, where was super hot and humid. So its not a place from where you can work, or even have a good internet for your social media.
The hotel has no room service. And the restaurant works only when there is a personnel. But that's not guaranteed either. In addition, the most weird thing is that the hotel doesn't provide you with a soap, body wash, or shampoo. When we went to ask them for that, because we thought that they forgot them. Their response was that the hotel doesn't provide that and that we need to go buy them from outside. That is so weird, as I traveled a lot around the world and I've been to many hotels, but never seen such a crap.
