The Sheraton Tribeca was clean, bright and welcoming, in stark contrast to a nearby hotel. The viewing terrace on the 21st floor was beautiful, our room was clean and well kept. I have only two minor complaints: (1) The staff didn't let us know that the nearby parking garage has a discounted rate for people validated as staying at the Sheraton; and (2) the air conditioner said it was 68 in the room, but it felt much warmer. I am planning to stay at the Sheraton in each of my future trips to the SoHo/Tribeca area.

I’ve been a frequent guest at the Sheraton Tribeca for the past 10 years, and it truly feels like my home in New York City. The hotel has recently been renovated and looks better than ever. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of SoHo and within walking distance of some of the best neighborhoods, restaurants, and shops in Manhattan. One of the highlights is definitely the incredible view of the Empire State Building — in my opinion, one of the best views you can get from a hotel in New York. The terrace and lounge are also fantastic and make the experience even more special. But what really keeps me coming back year after year is the staff. Everyone is always warm, welcoming, and helpful, and Sabrina in particular has always made us feel like family. That personal touch makes a huge difference. After 10 years of staying here, I can confidently say that I will continue coming back every year. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful view from our room of the Empire St Building. Happy hour on 21st floor very nice, and breakfast in same area had many options and we got to sit outside on the 21st floor patio to enjoy it one day. Canal St Subway just steps away -- very convenient. Cons included construction on lobby floor which made it feel like a pop up not a destination, and Canal St location which was central but not charming. Overall very positive experience and loved nearby Chinatown, Little Italy and SOHO.

This is a great hotel for the price. Very nice and newly renovated rooms with nice city views. Close to NYU and SoHo. Walkable to great restaurants and shops and very easy and reasonable parking right again the corner at Wooster St garage.
