The only issue I had was that my check-in was at 3 pm; I got there at 4 pm, and it was still not ready till like 4:45 .I had to come back to the desk because she forgot I was waiting for my Key. If I had came at 3 pm and had to wait till 4:45 it would of been worse. They keep saying people are checking out late. Shouldn't be my problem. The staff is always great.

The Sheraton Tribeca was clean, bright and welcoming, in stark contrast to a nearby hotel. The viewing terrace on the 21st floor was beautiful, our room was clean and well kept. I have only two minor complaints: (1) The staff didn't let us know that the nearby parking garage has a discounted rate for people validated as staying at the Sheraton; and (2) the air conditioner said it was 68 in the room, but it felt much warmer. I am planning to stay at the Sheraton in each of my future trips to the SoHo/Tribeca area.

One of the highlights is definitely the incredible view of the Empire State Building — in my opinion, one of the best views you can get from a hotel in New York. The terrace and lounge are also fantastic and make the experience even more special. But what really keeps me coming back year after year is the staff. Everyone is always warm, welcoming, and helpful, and Sabrina in particular has always made us feel like family. That personal touch makes a huge difference. After 10 years of staying here, I can confidently say that I will continue coming back every year. Highly recommended!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We first got a room on 6th floor, but my kids asked if it would be possible to get a higher floor to get a nice view and they gave us a room on the 19th floor, as well as some small toys for the kids. They also accommodated a late checkout for us. The rooms are good size for NYC. Perfect location between Tribeca and SoHo and close to many subway lines. Comfortable beds, but a bit tight to sleep 2 people in the double bed. Recommend and would gladly return.

Good size room for family of 4. Bathroom, and especially the walk-in shower, was the best part. Centrally located in Tribeca but Canal street gets super busy and crowded in the afternoons and evenings. Wouldn't recommend if you're travelling with younger kids.
