Wonderful getaway location in Little Italy
This is our second stay in a Kasa (Chicago in summer ‘23 was our first). We really enjoyed the time here. The property was perfectly located to all kinds of things to do, and restaurants to dine at. We would absolutely stay at Kasa again!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Kasa Little Italy. The apartment was gorgeous and extremely clean. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Very safe area and an easy walk to the pier and many parks. We will definitely be coming back to stay here if we visit San Diego again.

The amenities were amazing! The gym is brand new, pool table, sauna. The parking is easy, rooms are big with full kitchen. Everything was new and clean, plus you cant beat the Little Italy area which is walking distance from great bars and restaurants

This place was the perfect location in San Diego, right in downtown and little Italy everything is walkable coffee, breakfast dinner social and easy access to highway and airport. The place itself is very nice and clean has everything you’ll need wifi was top tier amenities all accessible. Felt like a home away from home! Great stay!
Great stay! A little confusing on how to get into the building but we eventually figured it out. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and blackout curtains. One of them Didnot work in the second bedroom though. Bathrooms were big and beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything you need. Highly recommend staying here! 5 minute walk from little Italy.

Amazing Hotel!
All I have to say this place was amazing. I wish there was more hotel/apartment rentals like Kasa. Its a new building in San Diego with amazing views. We had a 2bed 2 bath, CORNER apartment for new years and it made our trip 100x better. What a great experience, kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms had more than enough towels, and customer service was top notch.. I would come here again. thank you!

Very nice property. Unit was clean, great amenities, love that the location was very walkable to excellent restaurants & farmers market. Did not like that parking was a bit expensive $50 / night. But parking is very secure (in a gated garage).

Great Place!
Great place, centrally located, spacious and clean. Only issue was the extensive renovation work going on begunning at 7am in the morning. The waterblasting and leaf blower was annoying and not a particularly pleasant way to wake up every morning. It would have been better to maybe wait until mid morning when most people are outnof their apartments before starting up the work. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic olace.
