Staff was great and eager to help, room was clean and very spacious with a tv, half kitchen (big fridge, working sink, and even a stove), bathroom was great and shower was spotless and genuinely gave me such a great shower after driving 20 something hours from phoenix! Also area was safe we didn’t worry about our new car even once. Highly recommend!

I liked the property and the customer service. I didn't like the fact someone next to me had their music blasting at 1am and my last day around 8am one of the staff cleaners open my room door while I was changing . Check out wasn't until 11:30 am and she busted in the room and didn't even say sorry very unprofessional. Other than that it was a clean property .

NOT A ROACH INSIGHT Allowed an early check in and a late check out. I thoroughly loved the place. Not a roach, stain, or anything in sight. Neighbors can be a bit loud but easily drowned out with TV. I can't complain at all. We definitely will be coming back

Very clean! Housekeepers are very conscientious. Beautiful decor. If I could say only one thing was very troublesome- the constant smell of wacky weed. It is very cloying at times just like a multitude of other hotels. People have no consideration for the air we breathe. This is no fault of this hotel.

The place is new and overall good shape, but there were cigarette burns in the comforter, along with just the bed in general was very very firm not very comfortable to sleep on.(I know, opinion) Breakfast was some million degree burnt coffee, pop tarts, and muffins which I get it, you get what you pay for. Our main issue, however, was the room was in the 80s when we got there, unit was off. We turned the air conditioner on full blast, and it took several hours to cool down, and even overnight never got very cool. The room was unusable for several hours unless you wanted to sit there and sweat to death. We sat hovering over the air conditioning unit to get some relief, didn’t have much other choice. I guess they turn everything off to save money, but then what happens when you book it? Not a great user experience.

Needed something in the area. Not only was it priced very reasonably. But everything about the property is clean and neat. The room have a clean smell to it. It’s in a prime location if you’re looking to have everything near by. The customer service was great and super friendly.

It was very clean and everything was fine. It was hard to tell from the listing that this was a motel style building. I was a solo female traveler on the ground floor of a hotel where strangers parked right in front of my door, and hung out late at night in front if my door (loudly). It's not the greatest neighborhood, so I didn't feel very secure, though ultimately everything turned out fine. I just want others to be aware it is that kind of building before you book.
