Fab, relaxing night away for anniversary
We had a fantastic time thank you! Great location, staff very friendly, dinner in the garden was amazing and lots of choice for breakfast too 😊 we originally tried to order pizza via QR code in booklet in the room but it kept saying unavailable so we decided to go down and eat in the restaurant anyway, and the pasta and pizza really was delicious! We will definitely look to come again 😊

St.Michaels is a lovely hotel and with a few tweets could achieve good service standards. Breakfast service suffers from a lack of training but also leadership. Many of the staff are young and need leadership to make breakfast more efficient. There didn’t appear to be anyone in overall charge and as such some aspects of the service was laughable.
