Loved the area, resort amenities, and condo size. Condo decor and balcony view were beautiful. Beds weren’t very comfortable, and heavier blankets would be nice. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana on n their balcony, and the smell was often overwhelming. That continued all week and was not a great experience while enjoying the balcony view with family.

The over all resort was great we staid in a 2 bedroom villa. The only reason for the 4 star is the front desk reception. No the most friendly or helpful. My grandson left his favorite pillow behind which he travels with and when we went back we were told that because we checked out we couldn’t go back in to check. And no one offered to check for us and instead just told us to file a lost property report. It was not lost it was in the room. They could be more accommodating during these special circumstances.

This is our fourth time visiting this property, it’s a beautiful place and always well maintained. There’s plenty to do for those that want to or just a relaxing layback kind of place to enjoy and enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean views. Had hard time finding villa in dark and rain. Would have been nice to been escorted. No extra towel/ washcloths. We were instructed to wash them but didn’t bring laundry detergent. Internet password we had was wrong for 2 days. Front desk didn’t help but sent someone who knew the password at approximately 11 pm at night. Fire alarm chirping, had to get maintenance to change all the batteries. We had a cockroach in our villa, we killed it and provided photo.
