I liked the staff the most, very accommodating and helpful with our needs. It's a small hotel with no elevator. It's located right across the highway and close to the busy life of the city so expect some noise up until 11 PM. The room was clean & bed comfortable. The staff were really nice and kind. They helped us a lot with our questions and gave us nice suggestions too. They are still renovating the hotel but overall it was clean and in a really nice area. It is located in Taksim Square and it was surrounded by all the restaurants malls and a metro/subway too. You can also easily reach taxi. The night time life is the best there in Taksim. Overall we loved our 5 days there.

Since the hotel is new, it has a very nice design. The staff is very friendly. The price service quality ratio is very good. It is a bit downhill, but it is a new hotel, 5 minutes walk from the square. The design is very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very helpful, I liked it and I recommend it.
