Okay but there’s extra fees not listed
The hotel is a little run down and looks like it houses a lot of long term stays. We arrived and were asked for an additional $100 deposit that wasn’t mentioned on the listing and there’s $150 for extended stays. We were only given one room key and had to go back to the desk to get the key fixed because it wasn’t working and the room was kind of dirty and the refrigerator barely worked but we didn’t have another option because things were booked and we just stuck it out for the night. Okay for one night but there were people fighting and pounding across the hall and it didn’t feel super safe

The staircase which we didn't have to use but walked past the underside of it is rotting away. The metal staircase that is. It's very unsafe. Had to kill 3 bugs while there and no we did not track them in with us. Someone before us left their shirt hanginf on the bathroom doorknob so that shows that cleaning person did not thoroughly check or clean the bathroom. Room smelt like wet dog and front desk person said they are a pet friendly hotel. I said that it should still not smell like a dog. The back deck wood is rotting and they covered it up by using the composite decking. It does look like they are fixing hotel up but they also left a huge mess towards the back and side parking lot with all debris on the ground, tons of crap piled up around shed. Just poor looking property. No hangers to hang clothes on, just a 3 pronged coat rack. Even though the bed sheets were cleaned, the stains on the sheet were a huge turn off. The room numbers make no sense as they skip on one side of the building to then have to find your room on the opposite side of building in between numbers that are not in order. Bazaar. Over-all it was a sketchy stay and it should look better for the price and the fact that it's right next to so many attractions.

I requested a non-smoking first floor broom just because you call it non-smoking doesn't mean I can't smell the smoke and the pets. It was very overwhelming. As soon as the first door was open to room 109 and we were hoping it would air out. It did not air out so we went to the front desk. After a little bit they gave us 115 and the air conditioner did not work but worked well enough to get a little bit more smell in the room so that one started too... went back to the office and next got a choice between two rooms on the third floor. At this point I wasn't going to be happy with anything but we were at least able to sleep the air conditioning worked. It wasn't anywhere near as overwhelming in the smell, but it was still dirty and smelly and the entire environment did not feel safe at this hotel stink too o

We didn’t get the king size bed nor the bottom floor. We had two double beds and blamed it on you guys for the mistake. They were in the process of remodeling and wood, lights were all over the walkways and parking lot. We could get our tv to stop subtler. So we will never stay there again the room had a odor also

Very clean and recently renovated rooms. Had a regular sized refrigerator as opposed to a tiny dorm fridge. There was, as well, a counter top with sink beside fridge. However, the sink had yet to be hooked up for use. Overall I was pleased. It's a step in the right direction and hopefully the cost of upgrade will keep the type of people out who previously decreased the property value.

The lady who checked me in was pleasant and nice. The other staff were fair.
The outside of the property needs to be cleaned and updated. The carpet in the hallway is soiled, the doors and walls need to be cleaned and freshly painted.
The room was just okay. I used Lysol wipes on the handles, remote, light switches, air conditioner and other hard surfaces. The soap dispenser was empty so we had to use the shower gel dispenser to wash our hands with.
Upon checking out, another guest in the lobby told the staff that the light in the lobby bathroom was out.
You cannot receive a replacement for towels and washcloths unless you take your used ones to the lobby, which is an inconvenience.
We will not be returning to this hotel.

it was so bad I couldn't even stay the night, how hotel.com rates this a 7 star I have no clue. It appeared there was about to be renovations because there was piles of boxes all along the corridors and outside. The room was relatively clean but I couldn't handle the smell of smoke. Didnt feel safe enough to stay in.

Visited in June and pool was not filled. Hallways are dirty with trash cans overflowing that were not emptied the entire weekend I was there. Room was clean. Location is convenient and walkable to a few chain restaurants.
