8/10 Very good

Nice hotel for a long unexpected stay.
Good place to stay at a great price. Family needed a place to stay due to home needing a bathroom renovation. Rooms are big. Housekeeping was great. You need to drive slower than traffic to enter the hotel area. There is plenty of parking. Safe area and stores are easy to reach. HEB is on the other side of the highway.

Price was good. Service excellent, plenty of parking, facilities and grounds clean. We were in room 106 next to the exit door that slammed shut dozens of times prior to midnight. Started up again as guests left around 5:00am. Soft closing room and exit doors would be great for guests.

Very nice
The hotel was great and everyone who worked there was very friendly and accommodating. We were there for 10 nights during the Texas antiq shows and will be coming back in the spring for another 10 nights.

Amazing hotel very clean
The hotel is up to date with everything new from paint, beds, bedding, flooring and even the entire bathroom area. The room is spacious as well. For the $60 we paid it was well worth it. We stayed in the regular room not the kitchen suite room but if I had to go again and stay a few days I’d stay in the same room or even the suite if I was staying a few days longer! The front desk staff was Ali and he was super friendly and helpful with the questions I asked when I checked in at 11 pm! They don’t have breakfast which is fine we planned to sleep in anyway! But definitely highly recommended staying there!

Clean and quiet but painfully spartan
The hotel appears to be operated as a family venture and they are hard working folks. Every aspect of the place that we saw was spotlessly clean. It is very, very spartan. It's a Motel 6, it's supposed to be. Bring your own shower gel, shampoo, lotion and drinking glasses. Also, BEWARE many photos you see while selecting your room will show that your selection has a kitchenette. That is the only reason I chose the place, but our suite did not, nor could we be upgraded to a suite that did. What you will get is a fairly large fridge and a microwave. Our room was quiet and the property appeared to be safe.

Almost.
Adequate. It appears the hotel has not quite made it to opening day. But, we were happy nonetheless. We had to bring our own utensils and dishes as well as shampoo and conditioner so it was a little like camping out. But everything was clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our view was of HEB. So I felt sort of like this was the Texas experience.

8/10 Very good

We spent 3 nights here and if the room amenities had been more plentiful I would give this place an excellent rating. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern, the chrome sparkled, the shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable, with fresh soft linens, and the a/c worked well. But I had to ask for a hair dryer, hangers (only one in the room), and additional towels. The furniture is nice, but had no drawers. And the lighting was harsh with only overhead ceiling lights, no lamps. The front desk personnel were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. We aren't in Houston very often but I would stay here again.

My room was completely remodeled. I could still smell the paint! Room was big with full kitchen including full sized refrigerator and microwave. Air conditioner worked really well. Bathroom was all new. My only complaint was that there wasn't any shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. I was available at the front desk but I got back really late. Nice looking outdoor pool.

6/10 Good

Semi ok
The staff was great everything was ok except had to ask for towels everyday. told them several times the bathroom door would bot latch closed so it was always open. even when someone was in there had to try and hold the door closed. Or fix it with a towel for privacy when taking a shower.

4/10 Fair

Dirty towel and used soap left in bathroom. Bedroom TV not working. Would not stay again
Jamie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The hotel was under construction & the lobby was torn up with workers making a lot of noise. When I asked if they had ice, they claimed their machine broke yesterday. We left Houston after a terrible storm that kept us without power for 4 days to get a nice air conditioned room & ice & got neither. We did not stay & asked for our money back.
Carol, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The listing for this motel did NOT mention that they must be in a remodel…..everything was a mess, the fitness room, foyer, hallway carpet was dirty, no breakfast offered, our sheets had pen marks on them, my daughter bed had hair…..not at all happy, had we known It was such a mess we definitely would not have stayed there.

8/10 Very good

The rooms here have very recently been refurbished and most elements are well done. The wood-look vinyl floors (no gross carpet!) and quartz countertops are very clean looking. This room had a little kitchenette and it was in nice condition, having an apartment sized refrigerator and freezer a big plus. The front desk staff is really nice and trying hard. My room had a coffeemaker and iron but no hair dryer so I had to go ask for one. Also the second day of my 3-night stay there was no housekeeping. Weird. And the desk didn’t seem to be surprised. So I had to go ask for towels. And please motel 6 send these nice people some new towels. The towels are out of a Victorian orphanage, but clean. So I’d stay here again and it felt safe with a reasonably comfortable bed and decent sheets, good a/c and good tv. Bring your own shampoo, all they have is tiny bars of soap. My room was well insulated and quiet.
