Horrible service
Aweful stay, the alarm went off when we were there and it took 2-3 hours before we got help, waiting in a phone line for hours. The provided code to the apartment did not work and later there was a poweroutage, why we opted to leave the place earlier than planned, because there was not way of reaching the owners with no internet, phone service. Overall spent way too much time on stuff that you don’t want on a vacation.
On top of this the operator “grand welcome” texted us multiple times for payment of the place, even though it was 100% prepaid, and they did confirm so.
