Not up to snuff
won't stay here again. Microwave was nasty! Coffee pot had not been rinsed and coffee packet from former customer was still in the coffee pot all dried up. Not clean. Couldn't leave feedback upon checkout because I couldn't get anybody to come to the desk.

Run for the Hills!
This hotel and it staff are horrible. This hotel, the hallway smell like steel cigarettes, and the employee male with longer hair smells like alcohol. The sheets are scuffed up stained and the rooms have no valances. The Property General Manager Eric Waitrovich is aggressive. He has a problem with with gas that booked through a third-party service. He absolutely hates these third-party bookings sites and is angry at the company on a corporate level made the agreement with But don’t worry, you can file a claim with IHG customer relations, and they will make sure you get your refund and it also launch an investigation against his behavior and bias.

The worst
It was horrible. There was no handsoap, no bathsoap, and no conditioner in the containers attached to the wall. The bath towels were soaked from a leaky sink. I discovered this after taking a shower. The toilet would not flush and the sheets were dirty. The room smelled like smoke, the window was open when we arrived, it was 45 degrees out that day, and the heat was set at 85 degrees. The longer we were there the worse it got. Hotel did not serve breakfast which we knew, but it just adds to the reason we won't stay again.

We had 5 rooms for a group travel; everyone stated the cleanliness was poor, and 2 of the rooms had (many) dead ants in the tub. We will not return to this location.

The only problem I would have is being able to hear those above the room walk as if the floors were weak or cheaply constructed, not to mention, the floors are tiled, no carpet.
