We checked in at the office. The lady was very nice. We went to our room, and it was horrible. Lots of damage to furnishing, seemed not very clean, and smelled of mold. I immediately went to the front desk and told them we could not stay in those conditions. The lady was nice and said she would cancel us and refund our money. Unfortunately, our credit card was charged and no refund issued yet.

I was not impressed, I graduated Tarleton State University and I traveled quite far to walk. The staff was quite nice and very friendly. However, our toilet was broken, our shower was missing the shower head which the did replace, the fire alarms had no batteries. I think they need to take sometime and get it back on track.

I stay at this location pretty regularly every check in is a mystery. You never know what you will walk into when you open the door. I have never got a room that had everything it’s supposed to.
