The floor was filthy. The bottom of my grands feet look like they had walked thru black ash. The sleeping sofa was damp probably from the last guest sitting on the sofa wet. The parking is a headache and confusing. There is no opportunity for early checkin. I am not used to taking my own trash out. think 4 pm should not be the earliest and then you have to checkout by 10 am. The price and fees is not worth it.
