Not a bad place to stay
My family stayed one night at this hotel. The building was pretty outdated and the doors leading to outside didn't have any locks and the clerk was never at the front desk so it wasn't exactly the safest place I've been to. Anybody could've walked in and caused trouble. The room was spacious and clean. No bad odors were present. The breakfast was ok. The kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of parking and easy to get to from the highway.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. Check in went smoothly too. The only thing I would suggest is to make the breakfast hours longer than two hours. Other than that, this a good place to stay in Alva.

Staff were friendly. Snelled like an outhouse outside the building and you could tell the facilities were pretty old and worn down. The couch in our room really wasn’t usuable. My husband laid down on it and a bunch of the wearing leather pieces were stuck to his back. Lol
