Cute boutique hotel with wonderful staff
The staff here is wonderful. Both gentlemen for check in and check out and my many inquiries in between were lovely, patient, and helpful. I enjoyed delicious chilaquiles for breakfast and the gentleman server was great. I only stayed one night on a stop before the journey to Bacalar, but plan to stay here again on the other end of this trip because it can’t be beat. So convenient to the rental car pick up and tons of restaurants around. The AC was good and strong and overall I highly recommend. Great value for the price.

NO CLASSIC STUDIO
Unfortunately we chose the studio and it was terrible. The room was super dark. Very small window but no view at all . the studio has a kitchen but has basically no kitchenware to use . We had to checkout the next day . The hotel has a beautiful roof top but just make not the get classic studio

It was hassle-free - room was clean, nicely finished with updated equipment. Perfect for my week long retreat. Would have been great if they had breakfast buffet everyday of the week, but no complaint. It's awesome that there's a Chedraui right across the street, and there are cafe's, restaurants in walkable distances. All in all, it was a perfect stay

Minimalist and modern but comfortable. The shower and toilet setup follow the zero privacy standard. Nice soaps and bedding, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast waitress, Sophia, was very friendly and welcoming on Day One. Very poor service at breakfast on Day Two. American breakfast is ‘included’ and local dishes have an additional cost. It should be the other way around. The lack of lights in the hallway and stairs at night is dangerous.
