While the Luxury Suites?! where clean and comfortable the access and location where less than convenient. They might work well for someone traveling to or from the train station. Traveling via car from the Airport was terrible. No on site services. Limited access after hours and early morning breakfast or coffee. We believe that Hotels. Misrepresented the property and will NOT use the app again.

Property is very close to the train station and to the downtown. Lots of resturants around it. Comfortable bed and new furniture. Btahroom sink has isuues with sewage water smell, shower was not draining the water properly, AC unit was making nois so you have to choose between AC or silence and the rooms are not sound proofed and you hear every noise from the hallway and the other rooms, walls have shoe marks on them look like somebody climbed them. The bathroom ameneties are poor quality compare with other places for the same price. On the same street for the same price you get better hotel options with more to offer.

Not a “luxury” room at all, very simple and wasn’t clean. Mold in the shower, hair on the shower glass, paint cracking, pillows and bed both uncomfortable… this is pretty a self service place. Front desk open from 10-3, but they really there wasn't even someone there during all of those hours. Location was close to termini station and walkable to most things. Not worth the money though. Will not stay again and do not recommend. Never was asked how my stay was on departure.
