Don’t count on advertised amenities!
I have incredibly mixed views on this hotel. It is not near anything except the airport. There is a small grocery store and a few cafes/kebab shops near by. We stayed over Christmas, and everything was closed. I specifically booked this hotel because said that there was self service laundry, an airport shuttle, and a restaurant. I was shocked to find that the restaurant was closed for our entire stay because of Christmas. When I asked where the laundry room was, the lady at the front desk pointed across the street to a closed laundromat. It didn’t open until the day we checked out-I had to do wash in the bathroom sink so we would have some clean clothes to travel home in. The shuttle was the one good feature. The only way to access the hotel from public transit was a bus, and we couldn’t use it on Christmas Day because there was absolutely no place for us to buy tickets. Normally, there is a tobacco shop around the corner where you can buy a ticket, but it was closed for Christas. I was told that I should have planned better and that you need a car at this location. Everywhere else I’ve travelled you are able to purchase a ticket on the bus, but not in Rome. We ended up taking a 50 euro Uber ride to the center of town just so we could get something to eat that wasn’t from a vending machine. Beware that this location is not good for seeing the sights of Rome. Marco at the front desk was helpful for an issue we had-he was the highlight of our stay.

Great Close to all kinds of services!! LOVED IT!
WOW loved this hotel right next to a grocery, a chocolate shop, sandwich shop, pharmacy, AND a Grocery. WOW!! Very reasonably priced, clean great staff comfortable beds! Stay here if you can, it is super close to the airport!!! One heads up as you turn onto the street the hotel is on the entrance to the hotel is IMMEDIATELY on the right hand side. Passed it twice trying to find it. Its still easy just circle the block and try again! GREAT Hotel

Comfortable start
After a 14-hour flight, figuring out where to get rental car and driving through Rome in the dark and rain, this hotel was a welcoming sight. The staff are very professional, they set us up with a comfortable room and let us know if we were hungry that we had another hour before the restaurant closed. Parking was an underground garage for 6 euros, able to lug luggage in elevators. Dinner was tasty, had the carbonara and panna cotta for dessert. We fell asleep instantly. Breakfast was typical, a nice selection of breads, pastries, cereal, yogurt, and beverages. Coffee was good. Checkout was easy.

Good, reasonable price, but far from city.
Great price, nice staff who stayed longer to help us, clean (but needed vacuuming), but far from center city: with bus that picks up on the east side of hotel to train station. I needed ear plugs for the bumps and banging. It is doable, but can be difficult. The Roma Pass was good deal. There is no sidewalk on road from train station to hotel. There is a shuttle but the times did not work for us. Entrance to hotel is by going west on the street in the back of the hotel by the small businesses. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant behind the hotel (e.g. pizzas, kebabs, and eggplant parmesan) and the pastries at the store near the main road. Everyone was helpful to us.
