Poor
Room was clean but needs a renovation. Shower pressure not existing, WIFI is free, well we were on the 2nd floor and there was no WIFI. Complained and got a very poor reply, breakfast was gone when we went there, only bread or marmelade, rest was gone. Never stay here again and would book something else. Front office was good and correct.

Everything is great except elevator because it only works to 1st floor, not to the ground floor. It is really tired after a full day walking in Paris when returning to the hotel, and the hotel didn’t advise their guests in advance whether their guests accept this situation or not.

Not too great, but not too disappointing
I was not too happy of this place. Was not worth the money i paid for. Elevator had cleaning gear in it, no services such as room service or beverages, the stairs had food. On top of it being extremely small. Dont be fooled by the nice looking pictures online.

Expensive for what it is.
We stayed in this hotel for two nights in October. Rooms 204 and 403. Out of the two rooms, 403 was the larger, and in better repair than 203. The people working here are helpful and friendly, the receptionists speak good English. Close to lots of bistros, restaurants and shops. Pros About a 5 min walk to the nearest metro, and bus stop, quite easy to navigate into the tourist areas. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Comfortable beds. Tv, safe, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and a small fridge in the room. Air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot drinks station available in reception(but no milk) Decent Wi-Fi. Cons A bit shabby and grubby for the price, £700 for two rooms for two nights. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Very small bathroom, legs hit the door when sitting on the toilet. The shower was tiny! I had to turn sideways and squeeze in! I had to get out of the shower to wash my legs and feet! Loose taps/door handles, few bulbs out here and there, dirty suspicious mark’s visible on walls and doors, broken ceiling tiles, shower door didn’t completely close, so wet bathroom floor. Average/ basic continental breakfast, in the basement room, no lift to the breakfast room, it’s down a spiral staircase with low headroom. Not a bad stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Not even on par with a travelodge.

La experiencia en cuanto a trabajadores, comodidad de cama, calefacción y ubicación muy buena, pero había dejadez en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, enchufes rotos, baldas rotas, armario solo pudiendo utilizar la mitad, taza del wc rota, cortinas a punto de caerse, mesillas que le faltan una pata y si las mueves se caen… son detalles que perfectamente podrían tener un mejor mantenimiento, se les comentó lo del enchufe que era lo más importante y no se hizo ningún tipo de reparación, hemos estado una semana y se les aviso el primer día. No se si repetiría ya que relación calidad precio me parece caro.

Mitarbeiter war nett, aber irgendwie unbeholfen. Das Zimmer war von der Größe und vom Preis gut. Allerdings war im Bad sehr viel Schimmel an Wand und Decke. Zudem waren die Böden und Leisten in den Schlafräumen sehr staubig / dreckig. Waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort. Eine weitere Nacht hätten wir dort nicht verbracht. Die Wohnung/das Zimmer über uns war sehr klar und deutlich zu hören. Die Dame und der Herr sind nachts „nach Hause“ gekommen. Man hat das Handy vibrieren hören und auch die Toiletten Gänge hat man bis ins kleinste Detail mitbekommen.
