Needs to improve cleanliness
The room wasn’t clean enough. There is still a liquor bottle left from whoever stayed prior to us, my daughter found it when she was sliding the curtains. The tables and chairs were dusty. There were hairs left in the bathroom sink & bath tub. It’s very disappointing for the price we have to pay.

Disappointed with Hilton
I was staying here while on a business trip and found out when I arrived to check in that the hotel workers were on strike. It would have been nice if the hotel notified me in advance of the strike....the strike was loud and as a guest I had to walk through the picket lines to get into the hotel. The workers on strike picketed from 7 am to 10 pm and were loud and obnoxious. Even though I was on the 27th floor I could still hear all the noise. They also came around the back side of the hotel where the pool area looked out over the bay and picketed there so you couldn't even truly enjoy the pool or hot tub without all the noise they were creating.

Workers on strike
The lobby was completely closed due to workers on strike. They had the complete roadway to the hotel blocked off so it was very hard to access if we called an uber. Also the screams, drums, noise from everyone on strike was overwhelming and so loud. Not to mention we were given zero heads up (supposedly they have been on strike almost one month), so we were completely shocked upon arrival. At check in there was no apology, mention or offer of discount.

Be more transparent
Shame on hotels.com and Hilton for not mentioning when booking a week ago there has been a union protest outside for the last 5 weeks. What a debacle, the noise goes from 7am until 10pm banging on drums, loud speakers they walk around the bayside and ruin corporate events taking place and nothing can be done about it. I don’t see a reduction on price for a night either.

Limited Services Available
When we arrived the hotel workers were on strike and they made it difficult to enter the hotel and were so loud banging metal pots, drums and yelling at hotel guest. Hilton posted this on their website so customer had the option to change their reservation but Hotels.com DID NOT !!! I would have never stayed there. The hotel workers were there from 7 am-11 pm making noise. You could hear in your room on the 11th floor. It was Horrible!! No restaurants were open, no room service ect... The employee's that were there were helpful but I support the workers for higher pay. VERY DISSIPOINTED that Hotels.com DID NOT make me aware of the strike so I could have change the hotel.

One of the most horrible stays we had. We came for a conference. Hotel didn’t let us know that there was a strike going on. And the strikers were LOUD. They screamed at the conference attendees, and the parties. I u dersyajd demanding fair wages, but there is a limit being nuisance to people who have nothing to do with it. Causing guest trouble , asking them to not check in was horrible

They faild to notify us of the worker strike. Blow horns and yelling and shouting all day long. They barricaded the front doors so we couldn't go in or out of them. You would think this is a fire code violation. The protesters were allowed to harass us and other guests.
