We arrived to the hotel at 11 but received the room at 5!!!! When we checked with the front desk AGAIN at 4:20PM, they told us we had to wait for couple more hours for the room because it was not ready. We asked if we can take any other available room, their respond was no sorry it was already pre-assigned!!! We had to speak to a supervisor in order to get the keys & we got them at 5PM. The room was clean but the hotel is outdated.. need some work & better customer service at the front desk!
