The Lodge at Eagle Crest Resort Disappointment.

The fact this was a resort lodge, (supposedly the customer centered cornerstone of the resort complex), I expected (and felt the $160.00 per night rate would guarantee) a lot better room than we received. The formica counter top in the "kitchen" area was peeled up, the couch had a tear in it, the coffee table had "bubbles" in the top, the carpet was stained and I was afraid to sit on the bed. It was unacceptable for us. I'll let you decide if you want to stay in these "resort" conditions. There should not have been any excuses. Note: This condition was not due to staff on site, but an overall property management failure that this room was still in the inventory. This was my only experience with this property so I cannot compare to others experiences. Disappointed
