Parking and lot conditions.
The room was clean. Wish the parking cost was on Hotels.com. I believe the standards are lacking in the parking lot. Trash overfilling the receptacles.

Did a one-nighter at this hotel on a quick getaway from phoenix. Very beautiful, mountain scenery is really nice, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Also have a nice happy hour. Had an issue with a staff member but management was very professional and understanding, and quickly remedied the issue. I would book there again.

Disappointed
Used to be our favorite hotel in Tucson. After our stay last night we will not come back. Tall shower head didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. I asked for 2 fried eggs over medium. They were under cooked and swimming in a plate of oil. The cook poured the eggs onto a plate oil and all. The sausage links were soo over cooked they were like jerky. There wasn’t any juice. The potatoes were undercooked. Still crunchy. We will not return

The room was tiny. The towels we got would have made good sandpaper, and there weren’t enough for 2 people. The restaurant was understaffed. I got a piece of sausage that was so cold I couldn’t even eat it. On a Friday evening, they had one poor lady to run the bar, take orders, and serve the food. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites for years. This one was poorly managed.

Very nice hotel surrounded by Catalina Foothills
Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay in Embassy Suites. The staff was very friendly, always helpful and accommodating. The only issue was the room cleanliness. The floor was covered with hair. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and come back in future.

It was quiet but not in the best shape.
The room was spacious, however, it needed maintenance. The towel holder was falling out of the wall, the shower did not drain well and the ceiling was dirty with brown spots... not the most kept up room.

We stayed here when we moved our son into University of Arizona. Nice area. One bedroom was so cute. Felt like we had a mini apartment. Was clean. The breakfast and manager’s reception was good. $12 a night for parking. We will stay here again!

Probably won’t stay again
Stayed for 2 nights. This is the second time staying here because of the great breakfasts. The door to the room stuck so we had bam our hips into it to get it open and shut. This seems like a pretty easy fix. The 2 queen bed suite was very cramped with the 2 beds so you have to shimmy sideways to get around. Each of the 2 beds also had water bottle caps under the sheets?? Makes you wonder if sheets were cleaned prior to our arrival or just made up from the previous guest. The pool should have someone swing through it once an hour to make sure there are towels to use to avoid having to take them from our room. Went to the pool at 10am and the used towels from guests from the night before were over flowing. This too seems like an easy fix that wouldn’t cost much to repair. Perhaps management should stay in each room to see how it is. At more than 200 per night I expect more attention.
