Enjoy community amenities that include a seasonal pool and a year-round hot tub, and a location right on the shuttle route within 1,200 yards of the Stagecoach lift!
After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures, relax on sofas and armchairs by the stone gas fireplace and watch shows on a 47-inch TV. An additional loft area has a comfy sofa and armchair.
The well-equipped kitchen features a pantry, ample counter space, and a full suite of appliances. When you're ready to serve, seat three at the kitchen counter and six at the dining room table.
Of the four bedrooms, two have en suite bathrooms. Complimentary WiFi, cable service, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.
Walk 200 yards to enjoy community amenities, including a seasonal pool and a year-round hot tub. This condo is also located on the shuttle route, with the bus running every 15 minutes during lift operations. This prime mountaintop location is less than five miles from Stateline and South Lake Tahoe, where you'll find a variety of casinos, restaurants, and entertainment options.
THINGS TO KNOW
Access to the condo from the parking area is via a half-flight of exterior stairs.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This condo cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is enforced/patrolled 24 hours a day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. This condo is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced.

Parking notes: Unreserved parking for 2 vehicles is available, Overflow parking available at the Tahoe Village Recreation Center at Tramway and Olympic Dr. (Downhill 300 yards). A parking permit must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
