No room at the inn but still took my money!
Dont know if it was hotels.com fault or comfort inn but I booked a few days in this hotel for one of my workers only to arrive and them not have my room. Neither hotels.com or Comfort Inn will reimburse me the money. Fortunally my worker was able to find a room across the street. Be careful booking through either.

Dirty and Old Property
I am sorry to say this is a very sad property. It is in dire need of updating in every respect. The carpet throughout is absolutely filthy. There was mildew on the wall under the bathroom sink, and the furniture had definitely seen better days. Anytime we went to the front desk, no one was there and we had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to come to attend to our need. The breakfast was just not very good, and the tables available were dirty. Not only all of this, the photo shown when I booked, showed a Jr. Suite with a sofa and tv area at the property. This was an old Comfort Suites with no Jr Suite available at all. The sign should be updated to show as such, as "suite" is not part of their accommodations. I find the choice, showing photos of a Jr Suite, at "Hotels .com" to be very deceptive. As a result of this visit, I will no longer be using Hotels.com as a choice when we travel. This booking was a result of our earning a "free" room with a bit of points remaining, as we have used "Hotels.com" quite a bit in our past travels. As far as the few reward point that are left on our account, we will not be booking anything through your site to use them.

Breakfast was good. The room door didn't fit tight unless you threw your whole weight against it. The sprinkler fixture was scotch taped to the ceiling. The sheets on the bed were itchy. Stains on the wall were covered with splotches of mismatched paint.

Moldy and musty rooms. Checked in Saturday in late afternoon. Attendant at the desk was sleeping on the desk upon arrival. Got the room cards. Room with 2 full beds and a small couch with pull out bed. Immediately smelled very musty and damp. Took one look at the little couch it wqs absolutely dirty and disgusting. Lifted up the cushions. Nothing but mold in there. Didn't even try to pull put the bed. Started sneezing right away. Made a complaint. Got a key for a smaller room. Smelled worse than the first room. The lack of care or interests in these issues are worrying. This was our 2nd stay at this location since May. It wasn't super great for the first stay but we knew our kids liked the breakfast and the person who puts all the food out is attentive. She was there on Sunday morning and we saw her last time. We were hoping this room would be a little better and it wasn't. This time was worse. Will not be back.

Great Stay!
The hotel accommodations were nice and the rooms were nice. A bug crawled onto my bed but I don't know what kind it was. It might behoove you to call an exterminator but there was only one incident. Otherwise, I had a great stay.
