Great hotel even better staff
An excellent hotel well located in the old quarter. The breakfast had some really good choices with something for everyone. The staff are the best and I would like to mention Alex and Vivian in particular for going out of their way to help us and make sure our stay was very good.

Vivian is the best
The GM Premium is perfectly situated in the Old Quarter for walking to Train street, Hoa Lo Prison, multiple museums and parks. The staff at GM was phenomenal. Vivian, our personal concierge, pointed out great places to visit and eat each day. We could not have enjoyed Hanoi this much without her.

Fantastic Spot
We had a fantastic stay at GM Premium. The staff were kind and attentive. Vivian was exceptional - she arranged several cars and tours for us making our short stay very memorable. Hotel location is central and is well maintained. Bedrooms have comfy beds and good quality linen. Breakfast variety is good although the juices were too sweet for our taste. What makes this place stand out is as others have said the staff, who really go out of their way to make your stay special with a shout out in particular for Vivian who clearly makes it her mission to connect with guests and help make their stay great.

We loved our 4 night stay here. Excellent location and very helpful staff. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. Our toddler loved the breakfast as much as we did.
