Very Good8.0
Needs more attention to detail in cleanliness.
It is a great value. This was our third stay at this location. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired each time. The rooms are never clean. They are clean-ish.

Family vacation
Our overall stay was pleasant but with a few problems. The first room smelled really bad, like cat urine. We chalked it up to being because we were in a pet friendly room as we brought our dog. We later found out the smell was probably mold as there was leaking pipes in second bathroom causing water to flow everywhere into master bath and second bedroom (carpet was damp and could see water coming up from linoleum when stepped on it). We were moved to a 2nd apartment which was a complete 180 from the first. Service was pretty good but they didnt bring towels one day, and we came back to the room one day with the door left unsecure. Food at little bat grill was excellent. Will probably stay again because the location is perfect and priced reasonably.

Great Suite, Horrible Staff
The suite was great, the service from the staff was unsatisfactory. Very rude and unapologetic. They double charged me for the room and denied it for a few days before finally refunding me. Also, we locked ourselves out of the suite, when we called for assistance, it took 35mins for someone to let us in only to find out that they also deactivated all room keys which left us locked out again.

Not the best experience
When I first arrived at 5pm there was a line of people out the door, considering it was New Years. Our room wasn’t ready and they didn’t know when it would be so we had to go to a local Walmart and waste time. We didn’t receive a call until 2 hours later. We finally got to check into our room and it smelled awful. The floor was dirty, the bathrooms didn’t look clean. One of the toilets didn’t work, and we didn’t have a DVD player.Everytime we called the front desk to get a ride to the front, NO ONE would answer. But if we walked up there, there would be at least 2-3 people at the desk. I had a much better experience last year but I don’t think I’ll be booking this resort again.
