We got checked in, went up to the room and checked beds for bugs. Sure enough, we found bed bugs in the bed. Gross!!!!!

It was fine. Sink was grimy around drain. Entry way wasn’t clean looking. The trash around the facility was absolutely unacceptable.

In the vanishing world of <$100 hotels, this one was OK. Clean, friendly staff. The windows opened. Had a washing machine! It is in a truck depot. The room was dated and dark. The important stuff worked, however.

You get what you pay for!
Old hotel, run down, it was clean. Noisy with truck stop nearby, mostly out of town workers staying there. Breackfast was very limited.

2/10 Poor

Won't make that mistake again.
Let me start by saying I don't have super high standards and I'm not one to give bad reviews for little things that most people would ordinarily tolerate. I haven't stayed in a place this bad for quite a long time. This facility is run down, dirty, and smells bad. I booked based on my desire to have a room with a jacuzzi tub for some relaxation after a busy week with a lot of driving. This was advertised as "Comfort Suite" and cost the same as what I've paid for a clean, beautiful hotel room. What I got was a dirty, dark room smelling heavily of marijuana with stained pillows, yellowing towels, disgusting carpet, and an overwhelming feeling that I wish I had booked a room at any of the other hotels I drove past. No comfort here! The Jacuzzi tub was large, but in poor condition with a misspelled sign taped near it asking not to rotate the "hot tube facet". The bathroom was dirty and had some questionable whitish substance smeared on the toilet flush handle. The parking lot was sketchy, filled with wrecked cars and buses looking for laborers. There were sketchy individuals roaming the parking lot as they smoked. The walls were so thin that every time a door was closed it sounded like someone was breaking into my room. I skipped the free breakfast as I had no appetite for any food provided at this place. This place needs a massive overhaul or will continue to attract unsavory guests. As for me, I'll skip the Jacuzzi tub and book at a better hotel next time I'm in the area.

Upon arriving I could see the hotel was run down and needed updating. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and even upgraded my room to a king bed without charging me more. The hotel has no elevator and our room was on the second floor. The stairs were in need of vacuuming. Our room itself was pretty clean. The bathroom toilet, sink and shower were clean and stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoos. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke even though the room was a non smoking room. You could tell they had tried to get rid of the odor because there were two fragrance oil plug ins tipped upside down in the grates of the heater. The next morning we made our way to breakfast which was from 6-9am. The area past the front desk, which I had not seen upon check in was dirty and cluttered. There was a mattress tipped up against the wall just past the eating area. The whole look of this area turned me off. The breakfast options were limited. There was coffee and some cereal, toast and English muffins. There was a bottle of syrup out but nothing to put it on. I opened the mini fridge to check the expiration date on the milk and when I pulled it out the underside of the milk jug and the bottom of the milk were wet with some kind of brown liquid. I told my husband "nope" and we checked out and ate breakfast elsewhere. I do not recommend, and will not stay here again.

Stayed here before, quite satisfied with location convenience, staff, and generally the facilities. This time, I had trouble likely due to other guests, no fault of the hotel - intense smell of weed near the lobby and around & inside my room. I’d prefer if smoking was absolutely prohibited (& that was enforced).

Room was ok. Staff was great. Breakfast needs improvement. You pay for what you get pretty much. Easy to get to. I'll I wanted was a bed and breakfast. Good price for that.
