Staff were very friendly though advised us of discount of using restaurant after we had used it. However restaurant has amazing food and happy enough to pay full price and again great staff. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Naples. The staff was excellent in helping me to locate my room and the adjacent restaurant provided wonderful food and service. The property is located on a street that is not ideal but convenient to the train station and buses. The room was clean but not modern. It was perfectly adequate for my needs.

The good: Central location close to main train and metro station, shops, and many restaurants. Staff was excellent, friendly, and had great suggestions for what to do in the area. Breakfast that was included in my reservation was good. The bad: Maybe my standards are too high, but although “recently renovated” the hotel still looked overall outdated. Bathroom smelled really bad (like a very old hotel bathroom) despite the many times I sprayed it. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heater (although I should have called for assistance on this, clearly I was too tired for that hehe). Finally the key to the room is huge and heavy, wishing they had key cards to enter the room esp when you are touristing around with a small purse that is already jammed pack. Overall: For a night maybe 2, it does the job if you don’t really care about the fancy luxury life. Staff makes up for the shortcomings of the facility
